We work with all of the major die suppliers like Premier Dies and EDI. Slot die stations are available in wide-web and narrow-web versions, both offer the same level of precision. Operator friendly features include ConQu ip’s MicroAdjuster precision gap system, stainless steel covers for easy clean up and easy to use control functions. Machines are available with smoothing bar options. High precision, high speed applications often feature Ultra-Presicion ABEC-9 bearings premounted on the backing roller then ground as an assembly for the lowest T.I.R. available. Large diameter backing rollers provide added strength and stability.
