ConQuip builds a full line of standard and custom laminators for applications ranging from packaging materials to pressure sensitive label stock to medical device assembly and electronic flexible circuits. ConQuip’s capabilities can offer a laminator to include narrow web (<1 inch) to wide webs (>100 inches). Further, we have experience with speeds up to 1500 ft./min. and nip forces as high as 500 pli. Each laminator can include heated nips (to 300 deg. C). We offer laminators with dual driven rolls so ratio speeds can be set.
