KNITMAT is a product manufactured and trade marked by Fiber Glass Industries, Inc. KNITMAT is a high strength stitch bonded DOUBLE BIAS product mechanically combining ( + - 45 degree ) rovings and chopped strands. The resulting DOUBLE BIAS product is extremely conformable, offering fast wet out, and excellent processability with high dry and wet strength. Ideal for hand lay up molding, resin infusion, SRIM, RRIM, and SCRIMP processes. Compatible with polyester, Vinyl Ester, Epoxy, and Polyurethane resin systems.
