The all electric UniGrav by Richter is the most versatile and robust marker available. The UniGrav is the only marking device available to include a variety of marking options in one machine: PEENmark, ETCHmark, FLASHmark, and MILmark. The tooling can be quickly changed from one method to another.
The marking head is driven through its X-Y motion with precise linear ball screws and your choice of power. Servo motor drive gives high speed marking capability up to (8-10) characters per second with .001" positioning precision. Stepper motor gives .001" repeatability at (5) characters per second.
