1. Laser Scanning :
DIE utilizes the latest in scanning technology to capture
your reverse engineering needs. Deliverables from scanned data can include
everything from an stl file to final Class “A” Surface.
2. Rapid Prototyping :
DIE utilizes the latest in rapid prototyping technology and
can provide you with SLA, SLS & FDM properties. If a rough or preliminary CAD
model is what you posses, DIE can assist you in creating the
necessary closed volume/solid model.
3. CNC Milling :
DIE offers CNC milling utilizing our Tarus 3+2 high Speed
Mill. (Travel-120”x100”x46”). DIE also offers a fully functional wood & metal
shop.
4. Physical Properties :
DIE offers many levels & variations of physical properties.

Component & Assembly check fixtures, including interior trim

Prototype tooling fixtures (Sheet metal)
6. Prototype Tooling :
DIE can provide ren or foam tooling for hand lay-up of low
run parts.
