RB Micro Recorder is a
pocket-sized surveillance recorder that captures up to 15
hours of single channel video and audio. Recordings are
downloaded from the removable CompactFlash card in AVI
format for compatibility with many media players. For use in
different operating environments, up to eight profiles are
available and can be selected using buttons on the recorder.
These recording parameter profiles provide control of frame
rate; compression; resolution; audio; colour; plus linear or
loop recording. Each recording is time and date stamped,
verification software checks downloaded recordings to ensure
they have not been accessed or edited following their
creation. Smaller than many MP3 players, RB Micro Recorder
recorders are easy to operate and the use of a removable
CompactFlash memory card provides convenient data retrieval.
Recorders are available with either DC operation or an
internal re-chargeable battery. Both models can also utilise
a standard PC USB port as a power source. DVSR 6000 is also
available with a remote control and external microphone
option to provide further flexibility. Miniature size and
weight, plus the ability to record both audio and video
using a rechargeable battery source, make RB Micro Recorder
an ideal choice for body-worn and other covert applications.
